I am a mental health counselor located in Redmond, Washington.  The primary focus of my practice is working with teens and adults who are suffering from a troubled relationship with food.  This includes all kinds of eating disorders, disordered eating patterns and related issues.  Providing family support is an important aspect of my work. 

Another key focus of my practice is meeting the needs of business professionals and executives.  I have spent the 30 years in business and held managerial and executive positions, therefore,  I offer a unique perspective in working with others in the business world.

I hold a Master of Arts in Mental Health counseling from the American School of Professional Psychology.  I have experience and training in working with a wide range of mental health issues, especially eating disorders, self esteem, stress, depression and anxiety. 

Business Experience

Prior to obtaining my counseling degree, I worked for over 30 years as a marketing professional in a variety of large, international corporations.  I have held a range of management and senior management/executive positions for companies including , BSQUARE, Speakeasy (a local Internet provider now owned by Best Buy), Sun Microsystems, Apple Computer, and Vivendi Universal (where I was a vice president).  I have also had my own marketing consulting practice. 

On a personal note...

I left my corporate career to follow my heart which is helping adults and teens (and their  families) who are suffering from an eating disorder. I also have a great deal of passion around working with business professionals who are stuck or whose lives are out of balance.
